Denmark Munitions Factory

The Danish government has signed an agreement to buy a munitions factory located in North Jutland.


This was reported by The Local with reference to the Minister of Defense of this country, Troels Luns Poulsen.


According to him, the ammunition produced at the plant will be transferred to Ukraine.


"The overall critical situation has clearly shown me, as Minister of Defense, the need to restore ammunition production in Denmark," Poulsen said.


The value of the acquired defense enterprise, located in the city of Elling, was not disclosed.


It is only reported that until 2020, the plant belonged to the Spanish company Expal.


Grain Transports from Ukraine

Grain transportation continues from ports in the Odesa region. Currently, eight (8) ships are in the process of transporting grain.


Trains to/from Warsaw

From October 15, new trains for Ukraine will run to Warsaw. The Polish railway operator SKPL, which will be a partner of Ukrzaliznytsia on the new twin route Warsaw - Rava-Ruska - Lviv - Kolomyia, performed a test run on Friday.

The duration of the trip from Warsaw to Rava-Ruska (Lviv) will be more than six hours. In the opposite direction, the trip will take place in the afternoon. The ticket price is about 29 Euros in second class and 32 Euros in first class.
